Practice the Festanstellung ask with a consultant who knows how German host companies and agencies usually share the decision.
Purpose
Knowing you want a permanent role is different from knowing how to raise it. This coaching session rehearses the conversation with your host supervisor, HR, and — when needed — the agency desk, using language that fits German workplace norms.
What we practise
- Opening the topic without sounding as if you are already resigning
- Separating salary, hours, and start date so each can be negotiated on its own
- Handling “we will see after the next peak season” responses
- Deciding when silence is better than a follow-up email
