A focused consultation that maps your current Zeitarbeit or fixed-term post onto a realistic route toward open-ended employment with the host company.
Who this is for
You already work on a temporary assignment or fixed-term contract in Germany and want a permanent role — usually with the company where you spend your days. You may feel unsure whether the agency or the host employer should lead the conversation, or when equal-treatment rules change your leverage.
What we cover

- Practical windows for raising a permanent offer, including notice and planning cycles
- How equal treatment and assignment length can shape the discussion (informational, not legal advice)
- A written conversation plan for hiring managers, HR, and the agency contact
- What to leave off the table until a written Festanstellung draft exists
What is included
One 90-minute consultation, a short pre-session questionnaire, and a follow-up note summarising next steps and suggested phrasing. You receive the note by email within five business days.
What is not included
We do not negotiate on your behalf with employers or agencies, file claims, or provide Rechtsanwalt representation. If your situation needs a lawyer — for example disputed dismissals or discrimination claims — we will say so plainly and stop at the consulting boundary.
How it works
- You send your current arrangement details and questions when you enquire.
- We confirm a slot and share a short questionnaire.
- We meet online (or in person where arranged) and walk the pathway together.
- You receive the written follow-up to keep beside your contract folder.
Preparation
Bring (or scan) the temporary employment agreement, recent payslips if relevant to equal-treatment questions, and any emails about a possible permanent role. Note the names of the agency consultant and the host-company supervisor who would need to sponsor a hire.
Location and delivery
Most pathway reviews run by video across Germany. In-person sessions can be arranged around our office address in Freistaat Sachsen when travel is practical for both sides.
Fee basis
From €280 for a standard pathway review. Complex multi-contract histories or bilingual document review may be quoted separately before you confirm.
